Regarding the issuance of receipts

We do not issue receipts for purchases made through our online store.
We recommend using the enclosed INVOICE as a substitute.

Regarding order cancellations, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept cancellations or order changes after an order has been placed.
Please review the contents of your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you encounter any initial defects upon arrival, please contact us to arrange for an exchange or refund.
We will assess the situation after confirming the condition of the product.
We accept exchanges or refunds for unused items within 7 days of arrival.
Shipping costs for exchanges due to initial defects will be covered by us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 7 days from the date of arrival, so please inspect the condition of the product promptly upon receipt.

If the period for receiving the item has passed

If you are not available to receive the item upon delivery, the delivery company will contact you with a notification of absence. Please ensure to receive the item within the designated period. In the following cases, the item will be automatically returned to us:

  • If you do not receive the item within the storage period.
  • If your address is unknown.

Returned items will be handled at our discretion. Please note that even if the item has been paid for, if you are unable to receive it, it will be returned to us. If there are unavoidable circumstances such as an unknown address preventing you from receiving the item, we will cancel the order. After cancellation, we cannot reship the item. In cases of prolonged absence, failure to receive the item, or repeated reshipment, we may have to restrict your usage or refuse further transactions.
